Pratik Doshi

For just over half a decade, I have worked in the criminal justice sector, managing and delivering central government contracts to empower people at risk of entering, residing in, and/or leaving prisons to gain self-employment, full-time employment, or go into higher education. Before this, I was a serving prisoner myself. Since my release, I have completed my degree, volunteered as a board member for organisations within the sector, and designed and delivered various programs. Worked with organisations such as Beam, Penal Reform Solutions, and most recently have become an equity partner with Breakthrough Social Enterprise. Dedicating my career, to using my lived, professional, and entrpeunerial experience to innovate the criminal justice sector using AI amongst other methods. Finding the leaders from these communities, and preparing them for the technologies of tomorrow. By building digital educational platforms, facilitating people to become digital creators, and entrepreneurs, and get jobs in tech, all things I have done, since my release from prison.
