As a dynamic international leadership coach and the author of ‘Transformational Leadership: Why Your Business Needs it!’, published internationally, her professional focus is on solving leadership challenges for female Executives and Business Owners. With over 15 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care, and over eight years as a Business and Leadership Coach, Mutiat also presides over the Freedom support Network as a Founder of the Charity Organisation, where women ex-offender from the Black and ethnic minorities’ groups are supported with coaching, counselling, training and other reintegration services. Mutiat is the author of the Leadership Manual for ambitious leaders, ‘Transformational Leadership: Why Your Business Needs it!’ She currently works with organisations, executive professionals and senior managers and facilitates group events in different aspects of leadership and career development. She volunteers as a coach/trainer at the Freedom Support Network, where she coaches, trains and mentors Female Ex-offenders, reintegrating back into the society.
