Joel Dunn

Joel Dunn is the Founder and CEO of Paradigm Project, an initiative dedicated to advancing racial and social equity in education. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at The University of Cambridge, he investigates the school-to-prison pipeline while serving as a governor for an alternative provision school and a trustee for a knife crime charity. Joel's personal journey through the criminal justice system and his direct engagement with knife crime crises have fueled his commitment to empowering at-risk youth early on, aiming to create a safer, more equitable future.
