Deji Adeoshun

Deji is a co-founder of Change in Youth and has spent the best part of 20 years developing and managing youth lead projects such as Hackney Account, which held the police to account around stop and search, and he was the brain child behind the Parity project aimed at supporting young black men in corporate jobs in and around Canary Wharf. Deji has a passion for young people and is determined to build the social capital of those less fortunate. Deji is a big believer in tangible opportunities for young people and believes that as practitioners it is important that we walk the talk and not sell dreams to young people. Deji is committed to supporting organisations who work with young people to reach their full potential and is constantly seeking collaborative projects. In addition to the above Deji is a corporate facilitator, specialising in effective leadership communication which leads to a shift in the conversational style of an organisation.
